Apply the same standards to every rating

Moderation is about relevance, privacy, and policy. A low rating is not a reason to reject a review.

• Reject only for a clear issue such as sensitive personal or order information, off-topic content, or prohibited medical, dosing, or human-use claims.
• Do not ask customers to change a rating or require positive feedback.
• Enter a brief, specific reason whenever rejecting a review.
